At the Swiss Open Grand Prix Gold 2013, South Korea’s Kim Ha Na/ Jung Kyung Eun beat their teammates Lee So Hee/ Shin Seung Chan to take their second Grand Prix win in just three weeks. Ko Sung Hyun/ Lee Yong Dae lost to top Chinese pair Chai Biao/ Hong Wei in three games and settled for the runner-up spot in the men’s doubles.
The first final was the mixed doubles in which Fischer Nielsen/ Pedersen faced China’s Zhang Nan/ Tang Jin Hua. The match was close throughout, the Danes taking it by the narrowest of margins in two games, 22-20,21-19.
